Thank you for choosing to be a part of our community. Neptune Cloud Inc. (“we”, “us”) is a Canadian company that owns the Mistify app ("App" or “the Application”). We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy is designed to help you understand the data we collect, why we collect it and how we use it during your use of this application.

Information we collect

Payment data

We use Google In-App Billing to handle purchases made through the application. Google LLC stores the payment data for all purchases and we do not store any of your payment information on our servers.

Crash Reports

Crash reporting is only used in Alpha releases

We use Crashlytics to help us improve app stability We use a third party service, Firebase Crashlytics (a service of Google LLC), to provide us with information regarding application crashes that users experience. We use this data to determine the reason for crashes and to remove errors in the app.

Crash reports may contain information such as:
instance IDs, crash traces, the version and version name of the Application, the version of the operating system on your device, the brand and model of your device and a portion of the device log (which may include information such as your Internet Protocol ["IP"] address) and universally unique identifier (UUID).

Retention: Crash traces and their associated identifiers are kept for 90 days.

Information we share

We share information with the following third-parties We may share non-personally identifiable information publicly and with our partners (e.g. publishers, advertisers, service providers or connected sites). For example, we may share information regarding trends about the use of the app.

Business Transfers

We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisitions of all or a portion of our business to another company.

Changes

We may change our privacy policy from time to time, for example, when new features are added to the application or service. Policy changes will be posted on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice.
